Services & Hours

Our practitioners are credentialed with most insurance companies including Regence (select practioners), Premera/Lifewise, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare (select practitioners), Uniform, First Choice (select practitioners) and several others. Please verify your coverage to make sure your insurance covers the service you are seeking as well as the practitioner.

First Office Call (FOC)–Naturopathic

This includes a 50-90 minute visit where our goal will be to get a full history of present illness, medical, family and social history and review of systems. Your doctor will then make recommendations for individualized lab work, diet, lifestyle

and supplementation.

 

First Office Call (FOC)–Acupuncture

This is a 90-120 minute full work-up of signs and symptoms and includes your first acupuncture treatment.  Charis will then make recommendations for further care as needed.

 

Return Office Call (ROC)–Naturopathic
This is a follow up visit where we will spend approximately 20 minutes reviewing any progress since our last visit, any change in conventional treatments and any new signs or symptoms. Your doctor will then make additional recommendations or revisions.

 

Return Office Call (ROC)–Acupuncture

Your follow up acupuncture appointment will be approximately 60 minutes and includes review of any changes in health and then a full acupuncture treatment.

 

Medical Massage–60 minutes

Your massage session will be a full 60 minute session and always focused on getting you back on track.  Medical massage is treatment specific and is usually covered by your insurance with a written referral from your doctor, naturopath or chiropractor.

 

Chiropractic–time varies

Our chiropractor spends quality time with her patients and treats every person as an individual.  The first visit will be about 30-60 minutes long with a full history and select physical assessment.  Follow ups will be problem focused with a goal of rapid recovery rather than months and months of care.

 

Phone Consultation–Naturopathic
This is for established patients only. A phone consult will be a designated appointment time and will be billed in 15 minute increments. Phone consults are not covered by insurance, payable at the time of service. Please see the Financial Policy for Phone visit rates.
 

**Exception: If you are out of state and would like a full phone FOC and/or ROC, we may do so at regular fee schedule, paid in advance.
